What we collect
Bastion Policy Partners collects only the information you voluntarily provide through the contact form on this website: your name, organisation, email address, selected practice area, and message.
We do not use cookies. We do not collect browsing data or personal information through analytics. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is privacy-friendly and collects no personal data and sets no cookies.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your information with third parties, or use it for any purpose other than responding to you directly.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to the relevant enquiry and maintain appropriate records. We do not maintain a marketing database.
Analytics
This website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. Data collected is limited to aggregated page view statistics (pages visited, referring sites, countries). No individual visitor is identified or tracked.
Third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party. The contact form is processed through a form handling service (Formspree) to deliver your message to our inbox. No data is retained by that service beyond delivery.
Your rights
You may request deletion of any information you have submitted to us at any time. Contact us at: contact@bastionpolicypartners.com
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
